Our Work Process
- Sourcing the Materials: Based on the work order, the material and the hardware required are sourced.
- Surface Finishing: Keeping in mind the final output, the right type of surface finishing is chosen. The options available are as follows:
- Anodising – This process involves artificially increasing the thickness of the naturally occurring oxide layer on the aluminium’s surface and protect the aluminium parts.
- Powder Coating – is the most popular choice, as it provides a protective layer which protects against corrosion as well as increases the level of insulation on offer. Very durable and comes in a variety of different colours.
- Wooden Coating – Wood grain effect coatings are special powder coating processes based on the latest Polyurethane technology. There is a high demand for wooden coating on aluminium owing to cost effectiveness, longevity, Perfect wood like finish and easy maintenance
- Cutting: The next step is to cut the aluminium into desired lengths and shape. This is done using double head automatic CNC machine.
- Drilling: Once the cutting process is completed, the lengths must be drilled to create the desired holes. This is done using a drill press or other drilling tools.
- Punching: This is a machining service that is used to create holes or indentations in aluminium profiles, done using a Pneumatic punching machine.
- Routing: This is a process that is used to precisely cut, drill, and engrave the materials into intended parts and is done using copy routers.
- Milling: This is a process where a milling tool cuts away the material in a rotary motion.
- Assembly: The individual parts are assembled to assume the shape and form of the final product
- Installation: The fully assembled products are then installed in the site.
